Daily cPanel account backups to local storage occur Sunday through Friday at approximately 2AM Pacific Coast time. Each backup is saved to local storage and replaced the following morning. A single weekly backup is also saved to local storage each Saturday morning and replaced the following Saturday.
If more backups are required, we encourage you to use your cPanel account backup utilities and write backups to your desktop storage. For help, please login to the Client Portal and create a support ticket.
